    Strongest Self offers short and sweet videos delivered 5x per week on the Thinkific digital platform. These are jam-packed guidance videos with timelines, specific practices and tools for your health and wellness, and easy to follow steps. Lifetime access to dozens of videos and trainings. Downloadable and printable PDFS with videos and trainings. Resources for more self-learning including recipes, cookbooks, podcasts, and books.

  • Live Coaching

    Weekly group calls and yoga sessions (alternating) for all levels to help you feel supported, ask questions, and develop flexibility in your body! This is where the magic happens. You will heal through the power of community & have an opportunity to shine as your authentic self among other self-determined women like you.

  • Intuitive Eating & Digestion Restoration

    “Eat healthy” is not a great wellness model, so we’ll be helping you cultivate seasonal, affordable, and mindful eating practices and recipes! Learn and implement the most tested and proven systems of how to preparing, eating, and digesting food so that you avoid bloat, reflux, skin irritations, and stressful sleep. In this program, we’re going to teach you how to find seasonal foods, how to choose foods that are best for YOUR specific mind, body, and energy profile, and even share simple recipes that are nourishing and tasty.

  • Mindful Movement

    I get that it’s really hard to motivate and stay on track with a fitness plan. There are hundreds of apps and plans and they often fail. Instead of getting down on yourself, restricting your calories, or giving up, let’s start to incorporate targeted exercises that become moving meditations. My version of holistic fitness is all about using your breath, listening to your body as you move, and having fun. During this program, you’ll receive short & effective (10-12 minutes) targeted workouts (upper body, lower body, core, etc) live and pre-recorded that you can do back-to-back or one at a time to start to boost your strength physically. You’ll also engage in the healing practice of yoga to lengthen your body and build flexibility. My favorite part: live guided walking meditations - out in nature - connecting with nature & your S.S. sisterhood through an audio call (think Peloton app where you can walk with a coach for motivation & accountability)!

  • Community

    Access to a private Facebook community to support you and answer questions along the way.

  • Personalized Daily Routine

    Develop clarity around how to engage in daily self-care practices that help balance and restore your mind, body, and energy so you can keep going at your highest potential. Thriving as a successful woman isn’t just about showing up like you’re holding everything down and hoping no one sees you sweat. It’s about truly believing in yourself, trusting in your ability to work hard and also rest when you need to. This comes down to knowing how to use your intuition.   • What Makes Strongest Self Different?

    Strongest self is the first program of its kind that combines specific workouts, food recommendations, and guidance on how to connect with your INTUITION to make choices that are most supportive to your unique lifestyle. The combination of self-paced learning and group connection inspirers you to go deeper and learn more about who you are, really.

  • When do I start?

    Strongest Self will begin March 1st, 2021 and run for 8 weeks. You will be part of a live cohort of like-minded women the whole time!

  • What are the group calls like?

    There will be a group live call every week held at the same time. The group calls will alternate between a live yoga class (all levels friendly) and a group coaching session. The group coaching sessions are designed to build a community around health and wellness and develop a support system.

  • How often do I get workout videos?

    You will get 3 targeted whole-body workout videos per week with modification suggestions. In addition, you will receive alternate exercises from Parinaz each week, including but not limited to guided live & recorded walking meditations.

  • How will I get to know the other people in the group?

    When the program begins, you will be added to the Strongest Self private Facebook Group! This is where weekly discussion threads are posted, personal wins and a safe space for questions, concerns, and encouragement all exist. We firmly believe in building a supportive and compassionate community around wellness. We hope you will be a part of it!

  • Do I need workout equipment?

    It is strongly recommended that you have the following workout props: two yoga blocks (foam or cork), an exercise band of any resistance, a small exercise ball, weights from 3-15 pounds (or a set). You will get links to all workout equipment recommendations upon enrolling.

  • How much time do I dedicate to this program?

    To be successful, we recommend you complete all videos, join all group calls, and engage in the reflective questions at the end of each week. In total, you can expect to put in 4-5 hours per week to this program. That said, you have lifetime access to all materials and can work at your own pace.

Parinaz Shams

Parinaz Shams is a wellness alignment coach who brings together and supports courageous women in their path to healing. Each program is designed to develop personal fulfillment, clarity, and self-understanding in mind, body, and spirit. Parinaz's group programs are particularly significant during this time when physical human connection is reduced and individuals are seeking comfort and a deeper understanding. Parinaz believes in individualized solutions that are designed to meet each and every client’s needs where they are to help them grow authentically. She equips each client personally with tools and skills to use in all aspects of their lives. Parinaz holds a Masters of Human Development from the University of Colorado and has 7+ years of experience as a licensed classroom teacher and yoga and fitness instructor. She is trained by renowned spiritual teacher and author, Chandresh Bhardwaj in the practice of guided meditation and integrates proven, effective breath-work techniques into her clients’ experiences. Additionally, Parinaz is trained in the ancient healing system of Ayurveda and integrates this knowledge throughout her programs. Using these tools, Parinaz creates spaces for individuals to pursue personal growth and enhance their quality of life.
