Do I have to have yoga experience to be successful in Empowered Yogi?
While most Empowered Yogi students have taken at least one yoga class before, it is not required that you be familiar with postures or names of yoga postures. We are here to help you build that experience and grow confidently into your relationship with self through yoga.

What does it mean to move at my own pace?
You have lifetime access to these materials once you enroll in Empowered Yogi. Any updates made to the program you will also have access to. This means you can set a schedule for your yoga journey that works with your lifestyle today.

What if I have an old injury?
Check with your doctor before beginning. The yoga sequences here are designed to help you connect to the body in such a way that you can do them with ease and modification as needed.
